Roger is a native 3rd generation Californian having been born and raised in Southern California. For the past 31 years he and his family have made Ventura their home. Roger graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Economics and Business Administration and earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing and finance from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.

After 17 happy and productive years as a high school teacher and administrator, the entrepreneurial juices were flowing and it was time for a change. Roger chose the real estate profession and has been the owner of two thriving real estate brokerage and investment firms for the past 25 years in association with a cadre of close friends.

He has an undying love of the ocean with hobbies that include sufing, sailing, diving, skiing, golf and traveling with his best buddy, wife, Dr. Sandy.

Roger is a proud member of the Ventura & Santa Barbara Surf Clubs as well as Morro Bay Yacht Club where he served as Commodore. He is a member and past president of Ventura Rotary Club and currently devotes time to the board of directors of several charitable community organizations.
